1. Scope

This policy applies to the public website at theadgenius.com, including its contact, lead, strategy-call, affiliate, order, invoice, and payment-related features. It does not control the privacy practices of a third-party website or service that you visit through a link from this site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a contact or service form, request an offer, communicate with us, or schedule a call, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, business or brand, city, website, requested services, budget, timeline, project details, message, and any marketing-consent selection you make.

Strategy-call bookings also include the date, time, meeting method, and discussion notes you select. A phone number is required when you choose a phone call. Google Meet and Google Calendar details may be created as part of scheduling.

Website and analytics information

The site uses Google Analytics and a first-party custom analytics system. Depending on your browser and settings, these tools may collect or derive:

• Pages and URLs visited, page titles, interaction or event data, and the date and time of a visit.
• Referring page or source and campaign parameters, including UTM values, gclid, and fbclid when present in the URL.
• Screen and viewport size, general device category, platform, browser or user-agent information, language, and time zone.
• Internet Protocol address and related network or approximate location information made available through hosting and analytics services.
• A randomly generated first-party visitor identifier stored in your browser’s localStorage under adgenius_visitor_id.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s own terms. The first-party visitor identifier helps distinguish repeat visits on the same browser; it is not designed to identify you by name.

Referral and affiliate information

If you arrive through a recognized affiliate referral link, a first-party cookie may store the referral code for up to 90 days. Related referral records can include the destination page, referral source, time, IP address, browser information, and a later form submission or transaction attributed to that referral.

Orders, invoices, and payments

When you place an order, receive an invoice, enroll in recurring billing, or update a payment method, we may process customer and billing contact details, service and invoice descriptions, amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers, processor customer or payment-profile identifiers, and limited account details returned by the payment processor, such as card type or masked last digits.

Card entry and tokenization are handled by Authorize.Net. The Ad Genius does not intentionally receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Authorize.Net’s handling of payment information is governed by its own agreements and privacy practices.

3. How we use information

Information may be used to:

• Respond to inquiries, prepare recommendations or proposals, and deliver requested services.
• Book and manage appointments, create calendar events or meeting links, send confirmations and reminders, and prevent double-booking.
• Prepare and administer orders and invoices, process one-time or authorized recurring charges, provide receipts, and manage payment-method updates.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and its forms.
• Understand traffic, device performance, content engagement, and which campaigns or referral sources produce inquiries.
• Detect spam, abuse, fraud, or technical problems.
• Maintain business records and meet applicable accounting, contractual, or legal obligations.
• Send marketing communications when you have made an applicable consent selection or when otherwise permitted; you can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Sharing, service providers, and sale of information

We use service providers to operate the site and handle requested work. Depending on the feature you use, those providers can include website hosting and security infrastructure, Google Analytics, email-delivery services, Google Calendar or Google Meet, and Authorize.Net for payment processing and tokenized payment profiles. Their handling of information is also subject to their own agreements and privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process, protect the site or people from harm or misuse, or support a business reorganization or transfer.

The Ad Genius does not sell personal information. We also do not rent contact-form or scheduling details to data brokers. Analytics, campaign measurement, and referral attribution can involve disclosures to the providers described above.

5. Retention

Contact, lead, appointment, communication, and client records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention periods can vary by record type, and limited copies may remain in backups or operational logs for a period after deletion from an active system.

The first-party visitor identifier remains in localStorage until it is cleared by you, your browser, or site code. Affiliate referral cookies are configured to expire after 90 days. Google Analytics data is retained according to the account configuration and Google’s applicable controls.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

• Browser controls: You can clear or block cookies and localStorage through your browser. Doing so may reset analytics or referral identifiers.
• Google Analytics: You can use browser privacy controls or Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Marketing messages: You can use an unsubscribe option when provided or email us to ask that marketing messages stop. Operational replies about an active request or service may still be necessary.
• Access, correction, or deletion: Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information.
